Under the choice Subcontractors you can upload Subcontractors. Read more about how to upload subcontractors.
When you upload a subcontractor in Cinode you automatically create an account for your subcontractor. The subcontractor can then fill their profile with skills and assignments as well as flag their availability. There is much to gain letting a subcontractor work with their profile! The invitation for the subcontractor is sent manually by creating a mail where you send the password which the contractor later can change, alternatively the subcontractor orders a new password via the link “Forgot password?”.
When you then view the subcontractor you can see information about what assignments a subcontractor has or has had, as well as the availability if the consultant has stated it. You can create consultant profiles, even if the subcontractor has filled in their profile.
Subcontractors can then match via the matching function in “Roles”, under Subcontractors.
The list of assignments for Sub contractors can then be visualised in the Planner - Timeline - Subcontractor view.
Subcontractors can then be assigned to a role the exact same way as an employee is.

Under the choice Subcontractor groups you create groups for you subcontractors. This is to have a good structure of your subcontractors and to see where they belong in the matching by using the Subcontractor group filter. This filter can also be chosen in Planner - Timeline - Subcontractor, Report - Skills, Report - Projects - Sales report - Resource Subcontractor.
A tip is to group the subcontractors together after roles, e.g. Project Leader, Test Developer, and so on.
