To be able to create own categories for e.g. customers it is possible to work with tags. That way it is possible to select these groups through several filters.
There are no limits to what type of tags that can be used, as these are created by respective users. If the tag is already created it will be selectable when start typing otherwise just add the tag.
Add a tag for the customer view by choosing “Edit tag”.
In the Customer Overview there is, for example, an advantage of tagging A-customers, RAM-agreements, or in what industries the customers are present. By listing customers you quickly are presented all customers who belong to respective category the tag refers.
By clicking on a tag you get an overview of all areas where the tag exist.
