Pipelines define the workflow processes you define for Opportunity management and Candidates.
To create a new Pipe you do this:
1. Select new Pipe - either Project or Recruitment
2. Enter the steps you want in the process by selecting "Add step" (if you want to move the order of the steps created you just click and drag the steps). In the description field you can describe this step to help a salesperson understand the significance of this step. For example, you can write a check list of the activities that need to be accomplished. In the weight/probability field you set the weight in percent for this step. This will be used to calculate the total weighted value in this step in the Project – Pipeline view.
3. To change the name or weighted values (only Project-pipe), click on the current step.
4. Start creating Candidates / Projects.
