User rights to the functions and features of the service are controlled from different roles that you can administer on individual basis - see the Permissions tab in Administration:
COMPANY USER; manage your own Profile and create your own consultant profiles. You can also see Employees / Teams, specific Reports and use the Search. The permission is necessary for users visible in the Forecast view. As a Comany User you have access to the functions Profile, Resume, Organisation, Search and Reports.
COMPANY MANAGER; as COMPANY USER but will also have access to Customers, Projects and Utilization such as the Project reports. The Company Manager is able to create Resumes for all Company Users and update profiles of users the manager is help responsible for. If you are a PartnerManager and also needs to announce roles, CompanyManager permission level is also required.
COMPANY ADMIN; can access the Administration function where you create teams, add and disconnect employees, build pipelines and so on.
RESTRICTED COMPANY USER; can only see the own their own functions Profile and Resume, nothing within the Organisation.
COMPANY RECRUITER; has access to the Recruitment function and the Funnel report Recruitment in Reports. In recruitment you handle all company candidates.
PARTNER MANAGER; has access to the Partner function. In the Partner function you connect to partners, see incoming and outgoing requests and handle your Sub contractors.
