There is a possibility to add skill requirements for a role that will help you match users within your organisation. You can add multiple ones, and you can add necessary and/or desirable level of qualifications. The matchning will show possible matches for employees, candidates and sub contractors.
The result of the requirements will show a list of candidates that has one or more of the given qualifications in its profile.
The calculation is based on if the skill level is optional or required and the skill level in the consultants profile.
The list sorts candidates after the amount of requirements that is met and to what level.
The section Availability tells you if the consultant is available during the time period for the role.
