At Cinode we give you as a Client Manager and Sales Person the opportunity to get an overview of the situation of your customers. You also have the opportunity to see an overview of the situation of the entire company. To be able to follow what happens, you should with events such as Meetings, Notes and Tasks.
Under the section List you will see all existing customers. By clicking on a customer, a compilation of the customer will open.
You can easily add new activities from the first page. In the first block you will see the current activities, e.g. a range of +/- 7 days. An activity may be;
- Meeting: add all meetings that are booked and update the status as you go to show what meetings are planned and which ones are completed.
- Notifications: add all relevant information that should be saved for your information.
- Task: to remember everything related to a customer.
Task and meeting can be assigned to a specifik person and will be shown in their personal overview and activity lists.
Create an activity by clicking the + button.
Insert information such as Title, Description, Due date, Responsible and Customer Contact.
If you set Visibility Private, only you and the responsible person can see the event.
If you click the icon to the right in each activity you can:
- Change the details and connect activities to a consultant or customer contact
- Remove the activity
Open the activity by clicking on it and change the activity by clicking on the pen or comment directly on the first page.
If you click on a contact (pictured above to the right) you can see what activities are linked to that person.
Go to Activities on the customer view and you will see all activities that are listed on the customer.
