Simple Guide to Inviting Candidates to Cinode

Overview Cinode lets you invite candidates to join your Cinode setup with a free account. They can create profiles, use your company-branded CVs, upload photos, and update their info.

If you prefer to create the candidate's CV yourself without inviting them to Cinode, click the button below. You can still invite the candidate to Cinode later if needed.

Invite your Candidate to Cinode:

Before you invite a candidate to Cinode you must first create a recruitment pipeline and add your candidate to Cinode.

  1. Go to Candidate List and search for you candidate

  2. Click on your candidate

  3. Click the 'Invite' button at the top right of the candidate’s profile page.

  4. Choose the option "Send an invite

  5. The e-mail address to which the invitation will be sent is filled in automatically as it has been entered on the candidate card. You can enter a different e-mail to send the invitation to. There is also an option to fill in a personal message to the receiver of the invitation.

  6. Click 'Send' to send your invitation.

What Candidates Can Do in Cinode:

  • Build a profile

  • Create resumes with your company’s templates

  • Upload a photo for the profile and CV

  • Update their general information and contact details

Following the status of your invitation

Once the invitation has been sent, you can track the status of the invitation.

Go to the candidates overview and scroll down to the section 'Invite/Convert' in the bottom right corner.

You can also view the invitation link if you would need to resend the invitation manually.

Deleting invitation

If for some reason you would like to delete the invitation, scroll down to the section 'Invite/Convert' and select 'Delete invitation'.
