By adding skills from the Skill sets your skills will be viewed in the Skillsets report.
The skill set report helps managers to analyze the internal skill supply and gives a clear overview of the skill levels the organization.
To add skills from the Skill sets;
1. Scroll down to the skills block when editing in your resumes
2. Click "Add from skill sets"
3. Select a skill set to add skill from
4. Check the boxes of the skills to add to your resume, select levels to your skills, click the star to favourite mark skills and save.
5.. Click "Save" to only save to this resume and the profile or "Save to" to have the option to save to several resumes. ( It will also automatically be saved to the profile.)
