* Organisation > Employees > Growth Plans > Access rights have been changed, the details of the plans are more private now. For now, it's only you, and another person of your choosing that can see and work with your growth plan(s).

* Administration > Integration > Apps > The new framework for "App" integrations is in place. It'll require new modules to be turned on in Siteadmin, most likely they'll be turned on for everyone when we go live at a later stage. For now, it's not enabled for anyone, it'll be in the testing phase while the first integrations roll into place. Today we're launching an amazing amount of 0 new apps, the first one is in the making though.

* Overview > The Start Trial widget had a makeover, to become a little bit more selling(?).

* Reports > Competences > Skills forecast > Skills > A new forecast report is launched, it details per Skill where we are now in the Company, and where we will be in the future. You can filter by Target date, Skills, Teams and Tags.

* Reports > Competences > Skills forecast > Skill sets > Another skill forecast report is launched, it details per Skill Set where we are now in the Company, and where we will be in the future. You can filter by Target date, Skills, Teams and Tags.

* Reports > Competences > Skills forecast > Skills/ Skill sets > Clicking any of the skills allows you to drill down to a detailed forecast page for that skill, listing users and their goals, as a table and as a line chart over time.
