* A new concept is available, Tag Types, they can be set on tags in order to group them into logical clusters. This allows customers to create their own groups by, for example, SNI codes, location, profitability or by any other custom business process they're using.

* Administration > Process > Tags / Types has added support for working with tags and their types.

* All existing tag filters across the app are updated to work with tags and their types combined, using a tree hierarchy. This allows you to find entities that have tags within a specifc tag type for example.

* Reports > Skill sets > A new indicator per cell has been added, a small triangle indicates that the person you're looking at knows about a synonym to the skill you have set up in your skill set. This change also means that users who know about synonyms of the desired skills in the skill set, will now show up and get a score in the report.
