With the Partner trust, you are able to choose which partner you wish to give your trust towards and also choose how much information and feature you wish to share with them. You are able to give your partner companies access to view your employees and what features you wish to share with them whiles matching for a role.

You can grant your partner companies to access your employees and choose to share;

”Matching” gives your partner access to view your employees when using role matching based on their skills. When your partner is using role matching they will be able to view the name of the employees in your company.

You are also able to grant your partners to access your employees anonymously which gives your partners access to view your employees using role matching without being able to view the name of the employees.

When granting your company to access your employees you can also choose to share;

'Availability' will give your partner access to view the availability of your employees when matching for a role.

How to give Partner Trust

You are able to give trust to your existing partners and also give trust when inviting a new partner to your network.

To give your existing partner trust follow the steps;

  1. Go to Network > Partners in the sidebar

  2. Open the overview page of the partner you wish to give trust to.

  3. Click 'Trusts' in the overview.

  4. Click "Yes" or "Yes, anonymously" to grant your partner to access your employees when using role matching based on their skills. "Yes" will grant your partners to access your employees and to also see their names while "Yes, anonymously" will grant your partner to access your employees without being able to see their names.

  5. Add your setting, and click "matching"/"availability" to share these features with your partner.

To give trust when inviting a new partner to your network follow the steps;

  1. Go to Network > Partner network in the sidebar

  2. Click the 'Invite' button of the partner you wish to invite and give trust too.

3. Click "Yes" or "Yes, anonymously" to grant your partner to access your employees when using role matching based on their skills. " "Yes" will grant your partners to access your employees and to also see their names while "Yes, anonymously" will grant your partner to access your employees without being able to seeing their names.

4. Ad your setting, click "Matching"/"Availability" and "Send" to share these features with your partner.give trusts when inviting a new partner to your network.

Your partner will now receive a mail regarding the invite and the partner trusts.

When logging in they will be able to accept your invite and also see the granting and features you wish to share with them.
