The information we need is:
- Title
- Intro text
- If there are any fields that you want to be excluded
- Who should get the mail notification when a new candidate apply
- Which Pipeline the application page should be connected to
- If you want a particular "Thank you"-page for this application. (You can have the same for all your applications)
