The utilization level calculation is based on a couple of different aspects.
To get an overview of utilization levels for each team in the company, you can use the Forecast as a 'heat map'. This view is a part of the utilization overviews in Cinode.
Summary
At the bottom of the page, you will find a summary showing the utilization levels for the chosen teams during the specific time period. The value is summarized as a weighted value calculated in the same way as for the individual teams but weighted based on all users in the chosen teams.
