The profile page is found under Home in the menu. Under Home, you will see a tab called Profile.

Blocks that are included in the profile:

  • Presentation

  • Work Experience

  • Skills

  • Other Skills

  • References

  • Languages

  • Commitments & Publications

  • Courses and Certifications

  • Employers

  • Education

Switch between the blocks by click on 'table of content'

The profile works as a basis for your information in Cinode, it is the "master data" for your account. However, information can also be added and edited from the CV. The reason for that is that the CVs can be differentiated depending on projects but the base data will still be found in the profile.

When creating a completely new CV, the information from the profile will be added to the new CV. Then you can specify the CV to suit the assignment you apply for and also choose what information in the CV should be visible or not by toggling on and off.

Below you will find information about each block and how to add information to these blocks.

Presentation: Under the block, the presentation is where you will fill out a title and descriptive text. Remember that it needs to be appealing to a client, so try to make it as selling as possible. This will later be used as a foundation when you create resumes.

You can summarize your personal and professional qualities in this block, although personal qualities will not be shown in the standard resumes. Your organization will instruct you to fill out your personal qualities if necessary.

Project & Assignments: Add your earlier assignments and/or projects by clicking on '+' or edit an already existing assignment by open '>' the assignment in question. Earlier employment should be summarized as one or several assignments.

For every assignment, you need to add a description (tasks, responsibilities and results). Tag a few keywords or skills that are related to the assignment (one at a time). A keyword can for example be industries, roles, tools, techniques etc. When you start adding skills you will be given suggestions, use these. If a keyword is missing, you can simply add it, but be accurate about spelling.

Skills: All added competencies from assignments are listed under the Skills block. If you miss a skill you can simply add it manually using the button '+'. Rate your competence level between 1-5. For level definitions, click on the info symbol next to 'level'.

You have the option to mark your favorite skills using the star symbol to the right. This will allow you to find more relevant projects based on your interests.

Other skills: Add for example Driver's license and Military Service.

References: Add references to gather all important information in one place.

Courses and certifications: Add your courses and certifications. Separate University Courses should be added here.

Employers: Roles within employment are registered as assignments under Projects and assignments. Just list your former Employers here.

Education: Add your education.

Languages: Add languages and levels.

Commitments and publications: Add for example board memberships, publications, and other relevant commitments.
