When you send for a new password it is important that you before use the right login address. You need to be on the log-in page for your company to receive the e-mail.

If you do not receive an e-mail, you probably use the wrong login address.

The login address is app.cinode.com/XXXXX/login

the XXXX should be your organization ID in Cinode. If you are uncertain about your Organization ID, go the app.cinode.com and click the link Send me a reminder.

Click the Forgot password link and type your email address. the same as your username to Cinode. You will receive an email where you can reset your password.


It is also possible for an administrator to Cinode to change your password.
