This section will show you how to edit the e-mail address and password for an employee.

The e-mail address will be shown as contact information for the employee and also serves as the username when logging into Cinode.

Employees cannot change their e-mail/username themselves, this must be done by a license administrator. But what they ar able to do is to click "forgot password" when logging in.

You need to have License Administrator permissions in order to configure Cinode.

To Change login username/login e-mail or the password for an employee;

1. Go to Administration -> Users in the menu

2. Search for the employee in the search field

2. Edit the three dots to the far right and click "Edit" or "Edit password"

Remember to contact the employee about these changed since the employee will not be informed automatically.
