How a disconnected employee can be active in Cinode again

The Cinode Support Team can re-enable an employee that is disconnected.

You need to be a Company Administrator to re-enable the account. If you are a Company Administrator, please contact support@cinode.com and specify:

  • Name of the disconnected user

  • The e-mail address associated with the user
