Use the import function

The import function in Cinode will let you create a profile in seconds regardless if it's an employee, candidate, or subcontractor. This function means you can easily upload a resume into Cinode and start working with the data immediately.

NOTE: You can only use this Import function if the resume and profile in Cinode are empty or if only the skills block is filled in from before. This is regardless of language.

Things to have in mind to successfully upload a resume:

  • Avoid a summary side column (skills by category)- the CV import algorithm tends to merge the text in two columns into one line.

  • Note that if you have stated employer in you CV it can end up under Projects and Assignment.

  • Highlighted projects can not be separated from other projects - risk for doublets

The machine reader function is brilliant and saves a lot of time but does not always capture all information accurately or place it correctly. After the import, make sure to go through the content and make corrections and put in extra information if needed.

Do you want to redo the uploaded CV? - That's possible

With some small changes in the CV, for instance set the information in one column and have distinct headlines. By doing this, you can make the content more comprehensible for the machine reader.

The profile needs to be removed first, then you can try again. You can redo it as many times as you need/want. If you have the authority to edit a profile you can also delete the profile.

  • Go to the profile and click on the tab Profile

  • Click on the danger zone and remove
