Features:
• Single project and customer event pages show responsibility for their own events only
• When creating new events, the available options in the "Responsible" dropdown should list all options valid for the current event entity type.
• Fixes the endpoint that returns responsible for customer X events, it did not return correct results. It returned all responsible for customer events, but the page displays customer & project (projects under the customer) events, so the endpoint now returns the combined results

Bug fixes:
• Fix for where you'd sometimes get a crash when filtering on "No responsible"
• Fix for subcontractor user details header when using a LinkedIn url not starting with http
